Coaches love it when the kids that don't have the "stand out" talent show the HUSTLE once they enter the field. What older players fail to realize is that most college and professional scouts look at each player's demeanor and attitude. This happens once the player enters the field area. Scouts already know that you can play the game and most don't even stay for the games - but they do watch the attitude and how the player is preparing for the game to start. Does the player take a nonchalant approach or are they leading the team in stretches and getting the energy going in the dugout.
So go out there and HUSTLE because you never know who is watching.
