People talk about their goals however when you actually pay attention to what they physically do each day. You can quickly realize that their goals don't mean anything to them.
Each practice I talk to kids about having a journal so they know exactly what they did and how they feel (sore, full of energy, etc.). Those kids that are starting to show progress are the ones who take this journal seriously.
So I ask you and your players - if there is a GOAL, how do you know that everything you're doing is producing positive results?
